As an Official Soft Drinks Partner of the England Men's Senior Team, Pepsi MAX invited fans to give their lucky shirts one final refresh before England got underway at the FIFA World Cup 2026. Whether a punters shirt hadn't seen the inside of a washing machine since the last tournament or was desperate in need of some luck buoyancy, The Lucky Shirt Launderette was created to help fans keep the faith whilst getting MAX fresh.
Working at Grand Visual, I was on hand to help bring the vision to life and craft the perfect football-themed laundrette, complete with bespoke designs across the whole experience, unique copywriting to tie in Pepsi, football, luck and laundry together.
For a couple of weeks before the tournament, Pepsi Football Nation hosted watch parties for England's final warm-up games in a dedicated viewing room, complete with Pepsi MAX and football-themed entertainment. This fully immersive experience offered the chance to refresh your lucky shirt before the summer kicked off for real, play Washing Machine Target Practice, and strike a pose with the Bubble-to-Ball Photo Op.
